Hand grip to user hand size and strength

Design is mean the general arrangement of the different parts of sth is made, such as a building, book, product etc. Design may be easy to do. It is a design only you draw into a paper but good design must have many compositions such as good research, good presentation, good process etc. Before design should have research and good research will find a problem to bring to design.
So, before design in shower project. I find size of hand grip and hand breadth information for use to find handle of shower’s standard size that is a part of all information for use in design.
The topic that I will research is hand grip to user hand size and strength. First, I find size of hand information by I do a questionnaire about hand size, which form is popular and strong. I will survey for find the information with the random sample group of 50 man and 50 women in 15-45 year old. In questionnaire, I use 4 popular handles in market for survey that consists of polygon handle, curve handle, cylindrical handle and rectangular handle. The way that I survey is consist of: - I give people that are the target groups try to hold on 4 examples and answer to the questionnaire which is an example those them favorite when they hold it and which is an example that they feel it strongest. -I measure people‘s hand size by use ruler measure from palm of hand to end of middle finger to find size of hand grip that it can bring to find perimeter of hand grip. -I measure width of hand by use venires caliper measure form left of hand to right to hand to find hand breadth of hand.
From the survey, I bring the information to calculate to find medians, maximum and minimum of hand grip and hand width. I can find median of the data by use this formula.

From the information, I can summarize hand grip size that proper to people will be 166 mm. but shower realization should reserve the perimeter from the standard size that we will product shower handle size about 150-200 mm. We can bring the information to design specifically such as If I product shower for woman I will use the woman information. The summary of hand breadth size that proper to people is 77.87 mm. that is the median but the hand breadth that use to product shower handle should reserve hand breadth by bring the data multiply by two to make it more comfort to hold. So, Hand breadth of shower should be 100 mm. but in design may be adjusting hand breadth size that depends on target or concept. For the shower strength is depend on size and material that use to make a shower

The correct Racquet is also very important for injury prevention. A grip that is too small often results in the inability to hold onto the racket adequately.5 A grip that is too big often results in constant contraction of the forearm muscles because the player is afraid they will lose their grip.5 Measure from the lower crosswise crease on the palm to the tip of the fourth finger to determine the correct grip size in inches.5,11 If the measurement is between grip sizes, a smaller size is recommended because grip tape can be wrapped easily around the grip to increase the size.5 An oversized racket with a larger sweet spot provides more stability, less twisting and reduced arm vibration.5 A stiffer racket frame also reduces vibration and dampens vibration more quickly.5 Cushioned grip tape increases racket dampening by up to 100%.5 Lowering string tension creates a trampoline effect which absorbs some of the shock from ball impact.5,9 A tether will keep the racquetball racquet from flying out of your sweaty grip and possibly hitting your opponent or yourself.2

With a proper fitting grip, you should be able to fit the index finger of your non-hitting hand between the palm and ring finger as shown.11
